International Equity Portfolio - The strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in the common stocks and other equity securities of foreign companies that managers believe have the best combination of relative value and earnings growth. The strategy utilizes company-specific research and analysis to identify companies which have solid business fundamentals.

International Equity Index Portfolio - The strategy seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the aggregate price performance of the securities included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, Far East (EAFE), GDP Weighted Index. We employ a stratified sampling of the MSCI EAFE GDP-weighted Index to select stocks and a multi-factor risk model and quadratic portfolio optimization to determine portfolio weights.

Domestic Equity Index - The strategy seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the S&P 500.

Large Cap Quantitative Equity Portfolio - The strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in domestic large cap companies ($3 billion or more in market cap) with the most attractive earnings growth prospects and valuation characteristics within their respective sector.
